MD. PhD. MBBS. MBA. FEBOphth. MArch. MCMI. PgCert. (Harvard)

An ophthalmologist, researcher, and glaucoma specialist, Dr. Gillmann holds degrees from the universities of Paris La Villette (MArch), Newcastle (MBBS), London (MBA), Lausanne (MD), Kingston (PhD), and Harvard (PgCert MM).

A former honorary fellow at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, he is also a researcher and instructor at Stanford University. He was recently ranked in the top 0.5% of glaucoma specialists worldwide by the site Expertscape.

Editor of the glaucoma handbook 'The Science of Glaucoma Management', he has contributed to several books and published more than 50 articles on the subject, including a thesis on personalized glaucoma management. He has also taught at the universities of Liverpool and London, where he received an academic excellence award.

Following specialized training at the Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, Athena obtained the orthoptist diploma and isregistered in the Swiss national register of health professionals (N AREG) . His hospital activity within specialized departments, notably at the Pitié Salpêtrière Hospital and the Rothschild Foundation, has allowed him to acquire extensive experience in complex refractions, ophthalmology-pediatrics, strabology and neurology. -orthoptics.

Perfectly bilingual in English and French, she provides international consultations for both adults and children.

Passionate about research in ophthalmology and vision sciences, Athena is preparing a doctorate at the Vision Institute in Paris.

After training as an executive assistant and spending several months in Australia, Peggy quickly turned her focus towards the healthcare field.

Kind-hearted and empathetic, she has developed a unique understanding of the patient journey through her years managing the surgical secretariat of an ophthalmology clinic.

Peggy is now the ambassador of Geneva Ophthalmology. Whether it's scheduling appointments, addressing administrative questions, or guiding you through your healthcare journey, she will welcome you with cheerfulness and professionalism, putting you at ease.
